FC Naples names Youth Haven as Nonprofit of the Game for Aug. 5 match

NAPLES, Fla. (July 28, 2026) – Youth Haven, Collier County’s only emergency and residential shelter for abused, neglected and homeless children and teens ages 6 to 21, has been selected as FC Naples’ Nonprofit of the Game for its Aug. 5 match against Antelope Valley FC. The recognition highlights Youth Haven’s mission while introducing soccer fans to the organization’s impact through special in-game recognition and community engagement during the 7:30 p.m. match at Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples.

“We are incredibly grateful to FC Naples for selecting Youth Haven as its nonprofit partner for this special match,” said Linda Goldfield, CEO of Youth Haven. “Their commitment to strengthening our community and shining a light on the needs of vulnerable children and teens reflects the true power of hope, healing and opportunity. As the chosen Nonprofit of the Game, Youth Haven will be recognized during the match through video board messaging and public address announcements highlighting its community impact. Youth and staff will also attend the game as special guests of FC Naples.

FC Naples has been a valued community partner since the club’s founding, supporting Youth Haven through charitable initiatives and opportunities that create meaningful experiences for the children and teens the organization serves. The club has previously donated silent auction packages to support fundraising efforts and welcomed Youth Haven residents to enjoy unique soccer experiences.

Established in 1972, Youth Haven serves children and teens who are removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or homelessness.
