YOUTH HAVEN, INC. ANNOUNCES ART HAVEN: HEALING THROUGH SELF-EXPRESSION

Naples, FL (March 9, 2021)

Youth Haven, Inc. is pleased to announce Art Haven: Healing Through Self-Expression, an inaugural art show featuring work created by the children & teens of Youth Haven. The event will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Collective Naples, located at 111 10th Street South, Naples, FL 34102. You can attend this event in person, or virtually from our website at https://youthhavenswfl.org/events/art-haven/.

Youth Haven’s dynamic art program was established in 2010 and offers each child and teen that lives on our 25-acre therapeutic campus opportunities to conceptualize ideas and develop skills through individual and collaborative art enrichment.  Art is therapeutic for children who suffer from trauma and abuse. Art builds confidence, allowing youth to creatively reflect on their past, present and future. Your purchase of an original piece of art supports programs that facilitate transformational change and healing in our youth!

“We’re excited to partner with The Collective Naples for our very first art exhibit and invite the community to join us and support our amazingly talented children & teens. Our art program is a crucial component of our therapeutic campus and is integral to supporting the transformational changes we see in our children and teens.” said Linda Goldfield, Youth Haven Executive Director.

Refreshments will be provided at this event which is free, open to the public and generously underwritten by The Collective Naples. The event space offers indoor and outdoor viewing opportunities; local mandates regarding masks and social distancing will be followed.
