Naples, Fl (July 7, 2022). Youth Haven, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Dant as their Program Director.
Jennifer brings with her over 35 years of healthcare and human services experience. Before joining Youth Haven, Jennifer served as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner/Director of Patient Services, Director of Religious Education, and Board Certified Healthcare Chaplain. Her certifications include USF Trauma & Resilience – Level 1 certified, Critical Incident & Debrief trained, and Heal Historical Trauma Specialist – Level 1.
At Youth Haven, as Program Director, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of Youth Haven’s programs that create transformational change in its children and teens.
Founded in 1972, Youth Haven provides Home, Hope, and Healing to abused and neglected children and teens in Southwest Florida. Youth Haven is an immediate lifeline of safety, love, and compassion for innocent children in crisis and the first step in a long journey back to trust, confidence, and joy.
On a personal note, Jennifer has three adult children and two golden doodles. She enjoys attending blues concerts with her spouse, reading, vegetable gardening, kayaking, and a good nap.
